After a successful career as a Contract and Project Director setting up and running multi-million pound corporate companies, Sue decided to find out more about her passion and look to a career in Stress Management, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Holistic Nutrition, Reiki Master/Teacher to name a few. This background enabling her to deliver a combination of business need; producing stress management audits and risk assessments, whilst still utilising holistic modalities, coupled with innovative person awareness techniques in the workplace to inform, educate and harmonise workplace stressors. Susan not only shares these techniques and knowledge with business but also works extensively with private clients, hoping to help people achieve a happier problem-free life.
